Dr. Beau Sparkman, DDS grew up in Sequoyah County, finished at Muldrow High School, went on to Sterling College for pre-med and the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2011, and then came back to practice about as close to home as a person can get.

Not much, if all it means is a bumper sticker. What it means here is that nobody has to explain the county to us. We know that a lot of Muldrow families work in Arkansas and live in Oklahoma, that the drive to Fort Smith for a specialist is a half-day off work, and that "we'll refer you out for that" is a sentence with real cost attached.

Implants placed in 10 to 15 minutes instead of about 50. Image Guided Implantology uses a CBCT scan and a printed surgical guide so the position is planned before the appointment. Single implants, bridges and All-on-4.
Braces, Invisalign and Myobrace with Dr. Sparkman, including the early treatment that can make a difference for a child whose jaw is still growing.
Sleep apnea and airway care. Airway screening, 3D imaging, custom EMA and ProSomnus oral appliances, and myofunctional therapy. Programs run $3,995 for Foundations and $7,995 for Transformation, with monthly options. A sleep test is still needed for diagnosis.

I work in Fort Smith but live in Muldrow. Which office should I use?
Whichever fits your day. Both are one practice with one chart, so you can get a cleaning in Roland and have a crown done in Fort Smith without re-registering or re-taking X-rays.
My insurance is through an Arkansas employer. Can you file it in Oklahoma?
In most cases yes. We're in network with the major national carriers on both sides. Because a few of them run state-specific networks under the same brand name, we verify your particular plan before your appointment and tell you what it pays before treatment starts.
Does Dr. Sparkman actually see patients in Roland, or just Fort Smith?
Both. He splits his time between the two offices, and the Roland office is not a satellite staffed by fill-ins.
Can my kids be seen there too?
